This includes the configuration of individual items to the local network and communications services available to the customer. Repairs and Hardware Maintenance Total Solution has full diagnostics, testing and repair facilities, at its Ipswich based workshops, for the ad-hoc or contracted repair of the range of products supplied. Contracted Support and Maintenance Total Solution offers a range of support agreements to provide a contract level of support for networks and individual hardware items. Pricing is flexible, dependant on the level of service contracted. Cabled Infrastructures Total Solution has a pool of permanent and subcontract cabling specialists to install cost effective and versatile computer network infrastructures for organisations of all sizes. Recent contracts have included mixed fibre and copper based infrastructures of over 300 user outlets. Reliable fibre termination facilities are maintained, in-house.
